Hayden is a Great Kisser – Madeline Zima

The most controversial scene on HEROES is not any plot-related story. Rather it’s the bisexual kiss between Hayden Panettiere and Madeline Zima in their roles as new BFF Claire and Gretchen. And of course everyone wants to know who thought of it, and how the two girls did it! Well, Madeline Zima talked to OK! Magazine and here’s what she told them when asked if Hayden is a good kisser –

“Oh yes, of course. She’s got great lips!”

The kiss was actually very well done too, I have to say. If you saw the episode or at least watched the kiss played on extended shots, you’ll see what I mean. It’s like Hayden and Gretchen had done it before… So did they rehearse before the actual shoot?

“No, I don’t even think you can do that,” admits Madeline. “Unless you’re already in a relationship with somebody that you’re working with, you can’t be, like, ‘Hey, let’s go practice,’ because it seems, like, creepy,” she explains. “So we didn’t do that, we just trusted that we both could do it and that we’d done it before so hopefully we could kiss.”
